Who manages this register

CIE Nigeria coordinates SENN and its state application process. The register serves the Benue and Adamawa networks.

Information and purpose

We collect school identity, campus and LGA, authorised adult contacts, approximate school size, website and portal addresses, readiness, priorities and declarations. These support application review, verification, selection, communication and membership administration. Do not submit learner-level records or passwords.

Access and storage

Applications are stored in a restricted online register hosted through the programme’s managed website infrastructure. Only authorised coordination staff may review or update them. Submitting does not create a public directory entry. Public school listings require separate permission.

Keeping records

Application records are retained while assessment, reconsideration or membership administration requires them. The coordinator reviews records when a recruitment cycle ends and removes information no longer needed. If you withdraw or request removal, the coordinator will explain any remaining administrative need before retaining the record.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to correct or withdraw your application or request information about its handling. Contact CIE Nigeria through your state programme contact route, quoting your reference. An expression of interest creates no purchase obligation.

Submission and device use

The page keeps your answers in memory while open. It does not save personal answers in browser storage. A downloaded receipt is stored on your device. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help prevent abuse and repeated submissions.
